Support doesn’t stop at the standard hours. AND YOUR NEEDS DON'T FIT INTO A NEAT LITTLE BOX.
Onsite Shared Supports (OSS) allows us to provide participants with SDA funding an additional layer of flexible, responsive support to complement their daily living services. OSS can be accessed by multiple participants living separately, or by those sharing the same site. Our OSS offers ad‑hoc assistance, increased availability, and a reliable safety net outside of a participant’s standard rostered support hours.
If you are a participant interested in OSS, a Support Coordinator seeking options, or an SDA Provider looking for an experienced, multi insurance registered support provider, we welcome your enquiry

WHAT THIS SUPPORT LOOKS LIKE
We offer a range of additional support options, tailored to your individual needs and living situation:

Onsite Shared Support (OSS)
Support delivered within shared environments, creating structure, consistency and a sense of stability across your home.

Overnight On-Call / Assistance (OOA)
Access to support during overnight hours, providing reassurance and immediate assistance if required.

Concierge-Style Supports
Practical, day-to-day support to help manage routines, appointments and the details that keep life moving.
Support that adapts in real time.
Life isn’t static, and your support shouldn’t be either.

Our team is trained to respond to changing needs, environments and situations, especially within shared or more complex settings.

That means:
Knowing when to step in and when to give space
Supporting independence while still being present
Maintaining calm, well-managed environments
Building trust through consistency and communication
Because the right support doesn’t just meet needs.
It helps you feel confident in your space.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE IN OUR FAM
"I was broken. Physically and mentally. I needed support to help get my movement back. Carer’s Collective listened to me and did what I asked them to. They allow me to navigate my own life, rather than them control me. I've been to places I've never been before in my life!"
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE IN OUR FAM
"Carers have been a great support in my journey. My carers are Christian and they’re helping me on my journey. It feels great to have you by my side every day. I feel like these boys have been brought to me."
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE IN OUR FAM
"Carer’s Collective have changed our world. Josh and his amazing team make sure that they support us through anything. Without them, this crazy journey would be impossible. We are so lucky to have them. Lila and Brytten are such an important part of our family now and we love them to pieces."
